Public Procurement Regulations

Following the Practical Aspects of Public Procurement course by ANSEK held on three weekly sessions between the 11th and 25th June 2014, ANSEK will be drafting a position paper which will eventually be presented to the Central Authorities.  The aim of this paper is to present proposals for the necessary changes in Local Councils Procurement Regulations to bring them in line with the Public Procurement Regulations and thus eliminate conflicts between the two sets of procedures.
